5000 Tenge 10 years of Independence, Kazakhstan

On the reverse side of the coin in the middle of the polished circle on the background of the stylized geographical map of the Republic of Kazakhstan is a fragment of the upper part of the Independence Monument on the Republic Square in Almaty. To the right of the warrior is the inscription 10 located in two lines and under it an image of the element of the national flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the inscription . In the upper part of the circumference there is an inscription in the state language. In the lower part - the number 2001 denotes the year of coinage. On the circumference of the coin there is a protruding edge.
