Against a smooth background is Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew I (to the left) handing over a roll (tomos) to Epiphanius I of Ukraine, the Metropolitan of Kyiv and All Ukraine (to the right); there are the following legends: 15- (15th in the blessed assembly of autocephalous churches) (semicircular, above) and /06.01.2019 (the most holy church of Ukraine/ 6 January 2019) (beneath).
