Intertwined Georgian letters “ს“, “დ“, “რ“, which represents which is a combination of the initials of the words making up the full name of the country (საქართველოს დემოკრატიული რესპუბლიკა (Translation in English – Democratic Republic of Georgia)) in 1921. Below the composition there is an analogue of the ornament on the first and last pages of the first edition of the Constitution published in 1921. Inscriptions "GEORGIAN CONSTITUTION", „საქართველო“, "GEORGIA", “საქართველოს კონსტიტუცია“, „1921-2021“ are inscribed in a circle on the obverse.
