In the center there is a golden image of a metallic relief representing the head of a ram (north coast of the Black Sea), to the right of which are archaeological monuments of Sarmatian culture: two ceramic vessels in the form of rams found in a tomb located in the cemetery of Neizats, which is located in the Crimea.
