In the centre - the matted image of the corner part of a post envelope with three post stamps on it in two lines, one of them, below to the right is made in form of golden inset with two inscriptions above: to the left - Au 99,9, to the right - 1,55. Two others stamps are drown in half-tint, on one of them, to the left - inscription in half-tint in two lines 1858 (Delivered on day of April 1858); above - inscription in four lines 150- (150-th ANNIVERSARY OF THE FIRST RUSSIAN POST STAMP), below - a penholder with the steel pen.
