Coin is a faithful reproduction of a wooden moon mask created in the mid-2000s by renowned Aboriginal artist Richard Cochrane. It recreates the wood grain of the old-growth Red Cedar used to carve the mask, preserves the two dark growth lines and the protective ring of eight New Zealand abalone shells. The reverse also features the word CANADA, the date 2013, and the face value of 200 DOLLARS.
