In the center, against a matt background, is a cross; in the center of the cross is the date on which the tomos was issued 06.01/2019 (6 January/2019); there are the following circular legends: (Ukrainian Orthodox church) (above) and 15- (15th in the blessed assembly of autocephalous churches) (below).

Above is Ukraine’s small coat of arms, below which is the legend УКРАЇНА (Ukraine); against the backdrop of a stylized fragment of a handwritten tomos are the gilt stamps (local gilding) of Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew I (to the left) and Epiphanius I of Ukraine, the Metropolitan of Kyiv and All Ukraine (to the right); below the stamps are the coin issue year 2019 and the coin face value 20/ГРИВЕНЬ (20/hryvnias); there is the following semicircular legend: «БЛАГОСЛОВЛЯЄМО ТА ПРОГОЛОШУЄМО ПРАВОСЛАВНУ ЦЕРКВУ В УКРАЇНІ АВТОКЕФАЛЬНОЮ» (we bless the Ukrainian Orthodox church and declare it autocephalous).
