Crowned and armored King Karl IX, wearing a long ermine mantle, stands with head turned left on tiled floor. King holds a raised sword in right arm. At his right there is a crowned shield with Greater Arms of Sweden, while at left is a table with a scepter and a Globus Cruciger on it. Around King's figure is a double circle of legend with the radiant name of Jehovah in hebrew above King's head. First circle of legend is King's motto. Date in engraved on the side of the table
