Romania's Coat of Arms in the middle, within a round medallion decorated with lotus buds and palms; these decorations adorn the interior of a Getic ceremony vase belonging to the Treasury of Agighiol; around the medallion there are engraved the inscription "ROMANIA" on the upper part and the face value "100 LEI" on the lower part; the year of issue "1999" is engraved horizontally, on the left and right sides of the medallion.
