There are portraits of some bright members of the Ostrozkyi family: prince Konstiantyn (1460 - 1530), prince Vasyl Konstiantyn (1526 - 1608) and princess Elisabeth (Halshka) (1575 - 1642); above there is the semicircular inscription: (The Ostrozkyi Family), beneath - the Ostrozkyi family emblem, on either side of which there are the dates: XIV . XVII (14th century 17th century).

Within the frame of a conventionalized ornament, there is depicted the Holy Mother icon from the St. Elias church in the town of Dubno gifted by the prince Vasyl Konstiantyn, above which there is the small National Emblem of Ukraine and semicircular inscriptions: УКРАЇНА (Ukraine) (above), ДЕСЯТЬ ГРИВЕНЬ (10 Hryvnias) (beneath). On the icon both sides there are: the coin mintage year - 2004 (left), the logotype of the Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine, Ag 925, designation of metal and 31,1, its weight in fineness (right).
