An egg supported by four steel artillery shells. The central part of its surface features an imperial double-headed eagle whereas its peak is surmounted by an imperial crown. The eggs unravel a miniature painting depicting the Tsar and Tsarevich Alexei together with Russian soldiers at the front of the First World War.
