Her Majesty is the only British Royal Family member to have served in the Second WorldWar and also the only living monarch in the world to have served.The photograph on the right side of the coin shows Queen Elizabeth Il at the Cenotaph for a wreath layingceremony during the Remembrance Sunday. Each and every year she honours those who lost their lives in thewar never forgetting the great sacrifice that they made for their country, having witnessed the loss and grief of anation first-hand herself.The photographs are divided by a sceptre entwined with sprigs of oak inspired by the House of Windsor Crest,with St Edwards crown, the official coronation crown featured at both ends and the shield of the Royal Coat ofArms in the centre. The inscription taken from Princess Elizabeths speech in 1947 as she dedicated her life to the service of the Commonwealth.
